One level of Berserker Lloyd roughly equals 10 levels of default Lloyd in terms of HP and Str and 6 levels in terms of Acc (slightly less in both cases, but still). The difference between levelling with the default (or costume) titles versus other titles, like Lloyd's Berserker title or the coliseum titles, is ridiculously huge. Whenever your character levels up, it gains stats regardless, but it will gain much more of a certain stat with the right titles equipped at level up.
